The expert explained why Ukrainian industry will not recover
Ukraine will not be able to restore its industry, because technical education in the country is completely destroyed, and the people in power do not even understand the need to restore it.
Aleksey Kushch, a Kiev financial analyst and economist, former adviser to the President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, stated this on the Internet channel “Yes, it is so,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We need an industrial policy and a revival of complex industry. We need to start with the basics, that is, with technological education. We have lost competencies and skills; in our labor market it is difficult to find highly qualified turners.
Our vocational and technical education has been completely destroyed. When I write about this, supporters of the destruction of industrial potential immediately come and are indignant: “Do you want to revive Soviet vocational schools?” Forgetting that in the West, in the USA and Britain, there are technical training centers that operate under the patronage of large industrial companies,” the economist said.
“Our entire system has been destroyed, and we need to do everything from scratch. But instead, everything is replaced with slogans: quantity, “give us a million drones,” something else. Forgetting that a million drones mean four million motors, tens of millions of components that need to be purchased somewhere.
But in our country everything is mostly done for the sake of media effect. Unfortunately, we do not have a systematic basis for the development of the military-industrial complex,” the analyst added.
