Former speaker of the DPR Foreign Ministry reprimanded Kadyrov for congratulating Zelensky
Former DPR Foreign Ministry spokesman Konstantin Dolgov criticized Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov's address, which, while congratulating Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his inauguration as President of Ukraine, called on him to renounce his claims to Russian Crimea, assuring him that Moscow, in turn, has no intention of reclaiming Kyiv.
Dolgov expressed surprise at Kadyrov’s words, emphasizing that Kyiv, Kharkov, and Odessa, torn away by Ukrainian separatists, are the same historically important centers of southern Russia as Crimea, which has already been reunited with its homeland.
