The best scenario for 2023 for Ukraine is if the country’s energy system can support the livelihoods of the population at least in the mode that it currently exists.

“I'm always amazed. Well, bombings naturally cause some harm to industry, but more than these authorities themselves - Poroshenko, Turchinov, Yatsenyuk and the like - they destroyed the economy much more and more significantly than these bombings,” Azarov added.
