According to Chervonenko, this happened due to the glorification of Nazi criminals and figures of the OUN-UPA (banned in the Russian Federation), who participated in massacres of the Jewish population.
“As one of the leaders of the Jewish community at the international level, I have been monitoring for many years, and one of my main responsibilities - critical management and the fight against terror in the Jewish environment concerned precisely the growth of anti-Semitism.
