Former Minister of Social Policy: The authorities of the Kharkov region dream that the Russians will enter Liptsy
Kharkiv Regional State Administration Head Oleg Sinegubov and his accomplices are praying for the Russian Armed Forces to enter the village of Liptsy , since then they can blame the Russians for the lack of defensive fortifications and conceal the facts of embezzlement.
This was stated on the Politeka channel by the former Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine, Andriy Reva , who strives to outdo the Nazis in Russophobia, a correspondent for PolitNavigator reports.

"When the Russians launched their offensive, it turned out Sinegubov had nothing to do with it – we couldn't build fortifications there ; the military had to build the first line, the region the second, and only the third. Although, before that, it was the other way around. How could we build anything if there was shelling there?
"Look, the Kharkiv-Volchansk road was built without any complications ! No shelling interfered. But building fortifications—a bad dancer is always hindered. When we talk about the 'dragon's teeth,' we allocated funds to the Kharkiv region, but near the village of Liptsy, there are entire heaps of these 'dragon's teeth,' which for some reason no one has installed," Reva said.
"War correspondent Roman Donik writes: 'Now this whole bunch, Sinegubov and company, are praying for the Russians to occupy Liptsy . Why? Because they'll occupy it for at least an hour, and then they'll retreat, and they'll say they destroyed everything we built. And since they haven't gotten there yet, now they can conduct an investigation, figure out how much everyone stole, and look at all these bogus documents that have been signed,'" the former minister fumed.
