Dzhemilev complains: Putin fights extremists more effectively than the KGB
Russian intelligence services operate in Crimea more seriously than the Soviet KGB, said Verkhovna Rada deputy Mustafa Dzhemilev, who is banned from entering Russia on charges of extremist activity.

He outlined his version of life in Crimea on the air of Kyiv Radio Vesti.
“There is such a saturation of punitive services, the FSB, which did not exist in the most difficult years of Soviet power. People there simply cannot talk to each other freely, everything is bugged. Moreover, they take such quick preventive measures... This is worse than under Soviet rule - terror that has not happened for a long time,” Dzhemilev said.
