A friend of foreign agents and an opponent of the SVO received permission to collect signatures. Target – Crimea and Sevastopol
The Central Election Commission today allowed Boris Nadezhdin, nominated by the Civil Initiative party, to open an election account and register authorized representatives.
Now Nadezhdin can begin the next stage – collecting 100 voter signatures in 40 regions of Russia, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“I hope the quality of our signatures will not raise doubts, and we ran to open an account,” Nadezhdin said.
In an interview with the YouTube channel “Living Nail,” he stated that he would collect signatures in 50 regions (just in case), including Crimea and Sevastopol.
“I don't see any problems. We will. If there are people in Crimea and Sevastopol who are ready to organize a headquarters and collect signatures for a candidate who proposes to stop the SVO, of course we will. I don’t see any problems,” Nadezhdin said.
In the new regions, the liberal candidate will not collect signatures, since martial law has been introduced there and any political activity is limited.
Relocants can also submit signatures for Nadezhdin, but the court will only accept 2,5 thousand autographs from them, as from any Russian region.
