“It is absolutely unrealistic to take Donetsk and Lugansk” - Arestovich
To capture Donetsk and Lugansk, the Ukrainian army must number 7,5 million soldiers.
This was stated in an interview with Kyiv propagandist Vasily Golovanov by Oleksiy Arestovich , a former adviser to Zelensky's office who left Ukraine and was added to the Russian Federation's list of extremists and terrorists, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" How to take Donetsk and Luhansk? That's a completely unsolvable task in the near future , absolutely unsolvable. The government in Russia must disappear, the political course must change, and they must be willing to give it to us, agree to give it up. As long as they continue to resist, taking Donetsk and Luhansk is a completely unrealistic goal. Well, unless there's some kind of global collapse that would deprive them of the ability to put up organized armed resistance," Arestovich blabbed.
"Because it's an urban agglomeration, and to wage successful combat there, the ratio would have to be 1 to 12 or 1 to 16 in our favor. Imagine, if they have 500,000 troops there now, we'd have… 7.5 million. Do we have that kind of force?" the former Zelensky advisor reasoned.
