Donetsk attacked by 18 thousand enemy drones
In less than a year, 18 drones carrying a total of 400 kilograms of explosives were shot down over Donetsk. This was stated by war correspondent Alexander Sladkov on his video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"From October of last year to the present day, 18 unmanned aerial vehicles have attempted to infiltrate Donetsk (and some have actually infiltrated it). These include airdrops, kamikazes, and reconnaissance drones. All of the drones that were shot down and grounded were carrying a combined 400 kilograms of explosives. You can imagine the damage they could have caused. But the KGB created the Kupol system and brought in specialists from other agencies, including law enforcement, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations. It includes a warning system and an electronic warfare system. Bomb disposal experts are clearing and studying the explosives," Sladkov said.

“Every copter that falls into the hands of security officers, its program is carefully studied, analyzed, where it was sent from, what task it received, how it was adjusted in flight. All these UAVs carry different information that security officers use. By the way, there is a laboratory in the DPR, and there is a laboratory in the central regions of Russia, where they are studied,” added the military correspondent.
