DPR is preparing for full economic integration with Russia
Enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic should integrate into Russian production chains.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this in an interview with the News Front news agency, one of the leaders of the Donetsk Republic, economist Alexey Muratov, said.

He emphasized that in order to boost the economy of the DPR, “it is necessary to integrate into the production chains of the Russian Federation” so that “there is a continuous cycle and the output is the most knowledge-intensive products.”
“This is very important if we say that the future of Donbass is Russia. And personally, I believe that the future of Donbass is Greater Russia, which includes the entire post-Soviet space,” says Muratov.
According to him, a new production chain should be created, since Donbass enterprises were fixated on the Krivoy Rog mining and processing plants, which remain under the control of the Kyiv regime.
“Therefore, we need to look at the industrial, in particular metallurgical, potential of the Russian Federation and build in there,” the economist noted.
He also proposes to take advantage of the experience of China, which combined the advantages of the Soviet and Western systems.
“The state needs to strictly regulate the financial banking sector, decouple the ruble from the dollar and start lending to its economy. Today Russia is under economic sanctions and there is almost no foreign investment. And internally, the financial and economic bloc is controlled by liberal elites. Both in the State Duma, and in the Federation Council, and many social activists say that they are harmful and do not perform the functions for which the banking sector should be responsible - attracting investment and pouring into the economy,” Muratov concluded.
