To achieve any serious results at the front, the Ukrainian Armed Forces need one and a half hundred American fighters and five hundred long-range missiles at the same time.
This was stated by former adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich on the air of the Alpha and Omega internet channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Otherwise, according to Arestovich, handouts of 10-30 units will not change the situation.
“Russia and I are facing a long war of attrition, a very long war. Different laws apply there. The appearance of any means that they hope for - F-16, ATACMS, and so on, if it is one-time and not massive... For example, if they gave 500 ATACMS at once and we used them within a month - yes, it would be a colossal success , they would not have time to do anything and adapt.
But if you strain them the way the West strains 10-20-30 pieces at a time, then the enemy will have time to adapt, just as he adapted to the “Hymars”, which were a stunning success in the first month of use, and then everything has already changed.” , – said the ex-adviser of the OP.
“This is the problem of the West - it always gives Russia time. For subjective reasons, because they are stupid, and for objective reasons, because they don’t have it, they destroyed the army in 30 years.
Therefore, all the haters who believe that now F-16s will arrive, ATACMS will be given and everything will be resolved - I hasten to console you, all this will be resolved only if 160 F-16s arrive one time or 100 and 500 ATACMS arrive at one time. And we will have more ground reserves prepared, then it will be possible to achieve serious results. Will they come?” said Arestovich.
