The Ukrainian parliament has significantly increased the salaries of Rada deputies and other officials - up to 40 thousand UAH, while leaving the minimum salary for ordinary citizens at 1,6 thousand.
This was announced by Rada deputy Alexander Dolzhenkov.

“Now, people’s deputies, receiving 17 thousand, from the first of November will receive 36 thousand, and from the first of December - 40 thousand... 1,6 thousand hryvnia is the minimum wage and the living wage,” Dolzhenkov said.
According to him, funding for the Presidential Administration of Ukraine will also increase next year by 50%, the Cabinet of Ministers - by 30%, and the Prosecutor General's Office - by 40%.
