A deputy of the Kyiv City Council promised to mobilize Ukrainian engineers
In 2024, Ukraine will begin putting engineers and other high-quality technical specialists on the front lines who can be good drone operators.
Kyiv City Council deputy Yuriy Fedorenko, who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this on air on NV radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Whoever has more technical means and who is more high-tech will be the one who will have success on the battlefield and keep the initiative on his side.
In order to maintain electronic warfare equipment, UAVs and other technical means, all this requires manpower, operators and military personnel. This issue is resolved by mobilization,” Fedorenko said.
He emphasized that in 2024, mobilization in civilian professions could begin in Ukraine - and then even engineers and other specialists will go to the front.
“If a person is an engineer and inclined towards technical sciences, it is better to use him in electronic warfare units, or for setting up drones. If a person has other abilities, they can also be used in assault infantry.
We need drivers, we need people who can engage in technical innovations. Because many new products are tested at the forefront.
Therefore, in order to win this war, you need to gather your will into a fist and not hide from mobilization,” the Nazi added.
