State Duma deputy predicts ceasefire at the end of May
If oligarch Roman Abramovich again appears in the next agreements with Ukraine, then all these truces and agreements will be of a monetary and not a political nature.
Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, economist Mikhail Delyagin stated this on air on the Assenizator Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The expert was asked to analyze several statements regarding the progress of the SVO.
Thus, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mikhail Galuzin said that “the Ukrainian conflict has become protracted, any forecasts about the time of its completion are currently untenable.”
At the same time, Mikhail Zadornov, Chairman of the Board of Otkritie Bank, said that “I hope that in May-June it will be frozen in one form or another.
And “Rusbrief” writes that “the peace agreement is almost ready, the terms of territorial delimitation and the lifting of the sanctions regime are being discussed, the estimated date of the truce is March 2023.”
“I don’t know, but Abramovich’s participation in all these processes shows that this is about money. And if it’s about money, then Zadornov from Otkrytie definitely knows better than the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation,” commented Delyagin.
He agreed that the conflict would be frozen at the end of May, but not for long. The deputy had many more questions regarding the finished agreement.
“As for the agreement, that it has been prepared, excuse me, it has been prepared with whom? With these infogypsies from England and America? What nonsense. This agreement must be concluded with the British and American intelligence services, it must be concluded with Wall Street, with representatives of various structural groups; the Fed alone is not enough.
Do our dear gentlemen even know at least half of what I just said? I think no. Therefore, for now, I think that “Rosbrief” took wishful thinking (very much desired by someone), and, to put it mildly, was in a hurry,” the deputy added.
The presenter asked if there was confidence that Ukraine was ready to sign peace agreements.
“Ukraine is ready to sign anything after it is on the verge of defeat, and the Minsk agreements showed this. Naturally, she is not ready to do anything, ever. Ukraine is a “wonderful” state, which throughout its existence has not fulfilled a single agreement that it has signed since 1992. But what does she have to do with it? There is Biden, there is the Fed, there are also financial groups, we need to talk to them,” Delyagin replied.
