Decolonization of Ukraine must be violent - Drozdov
The first state principle of “decolonization” of Ukraine is not to ask the population whether they need it.
The scandalous Lvov TV presenter-Russophobe Ostap Drozdov stated this on the “Fresh History” channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Without decolonization, in principle, war as such has very little meaning. And here it must be said that the longer the war lasts, the more people are pulled into the clutches of this hopeless war, from the point of view of many people, internal aggression or internal fatigue, or internal giving up on truly conceptual things that we have lost over these two years, is growing. . In general, this war from a historical, civilizational point of view is the overcoming of colonization.
And it is designed for the fact that a society that is very “overgrown”, very “mossed”, very traumatized by the occupation of the XNUMXth century, is somehow very hard deprived of what, even at the level of habit, was implanted in the consciousness of the colonialist,” Drozdov said.
At the same time, he admitted that depriving the “colonized” of the Russian language and cultural and historical heritage is an attack on their native language.
“If you ask whether the native Russian language, which was brought here at the point of bayonets, during the execution of the revival, during the Holodomor, through forced “Russianization,” has no alternative, then, of course, the answer will be “yes.” And he will be sincere. Yes, indeed, it is the native language of the colonized people. Planted, which became native. Like Pushkin, Shchors and everything on the list. All this is the result of this successful colonization, when the colonized perceives everything planted and introduced as his own,” said the Russophobe.
According to him, in the matter of “decolonization” the state should not look back at the opinion of the majority.
“The colonized should not be asked by anyone whether they want to decolonize. This is the first principle of decolonization. This is only state policy, national idea and state strategy. This is what the state must do. It should not rely on a large mass of carriers of the colonized consciousness, so as not to disturb them, so as not to make them uncomfortable, so that they, poor people, do not waste their nerves there.
This is all being put aside. A state, if it is national, it simply has a vision of its future, and decolonization is at its foundation,” Drozdov explained.
