The target of the terrorist attack in Kyiv was not Mosiychuk
The explosion near the Espresso TV channel in Kyiv could not have been an attempt on the life of Verkhovna Rada deputy Igor Mosiychuk - there is a high probability that the target of the killers was the deceased police lieutenant colonel Mikhail Mormyl, who appears in the reports as an accidentally injured passerby.
Professor of criminology Viktor Boyarov announced this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“He was the only one who lived there permanently. A contract killing of this lieutenant colonel cannot be ruled out. Mosiychuk had to be tracked, he had security, he was afraid,” the professor said.
