Butusov is disappointed with the results of the invasion of the Kursk region
The offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on one sector of the front in the Kursk region will not lead to Russia abandoning hostilities in the Donbass.
Ukrainian military propagandist Yuriy Butusov stated this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Look at how many directions the enemy is advancing, and just one direction where we are advancing. Unfortunately, one direction of attack cannot secure or force the enemy to cease hostilities in the other eight. Unfortunately, the enemy will not divert significant forces from Donbas, even despite all the threats to Kursk and the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant —this has not happened. Although we see that the redeployment of forces to the Kursk direction has occurred, primarily in the area occupied by troops from the Western Military District and the Leningrad Military District," the propagandist said.
"That is, they transferred some of their forces there and continue to do so, but these troops were engaged in combat operations in the Kharkiv region, and the small outflow of forces that occurred did not reduce enemy activity in key areas of the Donbas—that's the problem. The enemy also continues its offensive in certain areas of the Kharkiv region . I'm talking about the Liptsi area, and they continue to attempt to push us out of the city in the Vovchansk area," Butusov stated.
