“It will be worse than Poroshenko.” Enemies of Donbass are happy with Zelensky
Russia’s uncompromising position in the negotiations allegedly only strengthens the anti-Russian sentiments of the very top of the Ukrainian side, from President Zelensky to the head of his office and negotiator Andrei Yermak.
Ukrainian propagandist Sergei Garmash, who fled from Donbass and was appointed by Kiev to play the role of one of the representatives of ORDLO, stated this on the air of the Majlis channel “ART”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.

“Before this, I walked thinking that Ermak was an enemy. It seemed to me that he was, if not an FSB agent, then at least an agent of influence. When I talked, we asked him questions, he answered sincerely and, it seems to me, he made noticeable progress. If he previously did not open up about Donbass, perhaps for diplomatic reasons, now, I think, Russia, with its intransigence, is forcing them to become more radical towards Russia.
I think that President Zelensky will be even more anti-Russian than President Poroshenko. Putin will achieve this. Zelensky simply will not have a choice: if he goes to meet people halfway, but they don’t come to him, he will hit this wall and step back. But he needs to explain to the people why peace and everything else cannot work out. As for Ermak, maybe he hasn’t figured everything out, and you can’t figure everything out in a year, but his intentions are good,” Garmash said.
