Trans-Ukrainian journalist Kirill Sazonov, who fled from Donetsk and has now joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this on the ProUA channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our missile and air defense are better than they were. We get something new, buy something, and give something to us. They receive a worthy response from our aviation, which they allegedly destroyed in the first XNUMX hours. Yes, there is a certain insecurity, because it is impossible to install air defense at all thermal power plants, at all infrastructure facilities, but we will work.
I think that it will not be possible to achieve an easy result, especially since Ukrainian cohesion and unification are playing against Putin and Russia as a whole (I am not inclined to separate him). We can sit without light, it won’t be a tragedy, we can sit by candlelight, we can sit with flashlights, charge two hours a day. We are ready for trials, we have already received worse and worse. So he will not achieve his goal of demoralizing us,” Sazonov said.
He had previously made a statement that the loss of Kiev was not a threat to the Ukrainian army.
