The UPA brotherhood demands the dismantling of memorial plaques to Soviet partisans in Lutsk
Kyiv, January 26 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Ukrainian “patriots” plan to remove the plates with the names of Soviet figures and Red Army soldiers located on the Memorial in Lutsk.

This proposal was made on behalf of the OUN-UPA brotherhood by the chairman of the public organization “Memory of Volyn” Vladimir Zasekin, the Den newspaper reports.
