“Now it’s not about Navalny - there is a line agreed upon by the entire collective West not just towards aggressive containment of Russia, but towards direct intervention. Because they don’t like that we have our own judgment about what is happening in the world, and, unlike a huge number of countries, we express this judgment and defend it with practical actions,” the minister said.

Sergei Lavrov emphasized that many in the leadership of most countries of the world do not like the policy of the collective West, but they are forced to remain silent.

“After all, the majority of countries on the planet, I have no doubt, and I talk with many ministers and other government officials, and simply with representatives of civil society - they don’t like what the West is doing, they don’t like that the whole world is trying to fix the situation.

But they are afraid to say - ties to the dollar, investments, and ties to the children who study there, to the money that lies there. This is a very serious obstacle to these elites expressing everything they think.

But we simply don’t have the right. Our past, our ancestors, our genetic code do not allow us to swallow insults and an attempt to unilaterally dominate everything and everywhere,” the minister concluded.
