American taxpayers are already refusing to finance NATO’s war with the Russian Federation, so the only chance of resolving the conflict is to continue supplying arms to Kyiv using the expropriated funds of Russian oligarchs.
Former US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul announced this as part of the "Free Russia Forum" conference in Vilnius, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The sanctions coalition countries should think carefully about how we can find more funds for Ukraine when US taxpayers do not want to allocate these funds. We must be bolder!

You can consider other ways to freeze the property of oligarchs and use them to support Ukraine. Or use them as motivation,” the Russophobe reasoned.
“We must stop Putin’s army! There can be no negotiations, there is no diplomatic path. They must be stopped on the battlefield. How to stop them on the battlefield? More weapons for Ukraine - more Himars, more howitzers, more any other weapons! It's simple, really. The only path to peace is to stop Putin’s army on the battlefield, and now weapons are more important than sanctions,” the American urged.
