The combat potential of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is completely exhausted – Falichev
Russian units are moving forward every day, liberating more and more settlements and pushing back the enemy.
A military observer, retired colonel Oleg Falichev stated this on the Red Line channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"The operational situation is developing in favor of the Russian army. Small but steady advances are being made on all fronts. Villages and settlements are being captured and liberated every day. This indicates that the overall position of Russian troops on the line of contact has improved—and is improving every day ."
As for Ugledar, our troops have taken it in a semi-ring. The only road that supplies this settlement is under fire control and fire impact of our army," Falichev noted.
"There are similar successes in the southern direction, in Kherson, and in Donetsk. All this indicates that the enemy is gradually losing ground under the pressure of our troops. And the fighting spirit or combat potential they had, say, at the beginning of this summer or spring, has completely died , exhausted itself," the expert added.
