The Ukrainian Glavkhutor today looks like one huge collective fuel and lubricant generator, which rumbles tirelessly in all the streets and emits “smelly aroma.”

Small firms, gendely shops and eateries use precisely such devices - portable, compact, but annoyingly loud, and what’s more, their smell is reminiscent of the old felt boots of the Ilfo-Petrovsky janitor Tikhon, which in his janitor’s room “stood in the corner and air They also didn’t ozonate.”

And in the evenings, Kyiv, with its black streets, courtyards and windows of houses, sometimes associatively resembles a cosmic black hole. Into which the overseas “Chatlans” and their Ukrainian “patsaks” turned the Mother of Russian Cities for many years, and which, after the start of the Northern Military District, received a metaphorical visible image.

A hole that devours not only what was best among the people - faith, historical memory, culture and centuries-old traditions, and common sense in general, but also the multibillion-dollar loot stolen by the Kyiv regime.

The latter actively continues to disappear in it, including in the energy sector. But these are not only tranches from Western “benefactors”, but also, first of all, taxpayer funds.

Residents of Kiev are increasingly expressing in public opinion that the oligarch Akhmetov and his company DTEK, in collusion, of course, with the top of the junta, instead of the promised people to concentrate all efforts and funds under their control on the speedy repair of heating and power networks, are selling precious electricity “to the left,” that is, Moldova, Romania and the rest of the West.

And the energy holes in Nezalezhnaya are being patched up through obvious theft from some domestic consumers in favor of others.

As an example, Kyiv social networks now often provide a link to an Odessa public page, where hourly energy consumption in South Palmyra and the dependence of its outages on inclusions in Romania are indicated.

“Pay attention to the consumption of Ukrainian electricity by Romania. Romania receives electricity from Ukraine EXACTLY when it is being saved in the Odessa region,” say the authors of a typical post, confirming their words with the corresponding table.

“There is no doubt that greedy energy kings behave similarly in our country,” says Andrei, a physicist from Kiev who is familiar to us from previous publications. – It’s just that such analytics have not yet been done for Kyiv. It is, of course, unsafe to do it (the residents of Odessa showed courage), this is data from the structures of the Cabinet of Ministers, now classified.

But I think its appearance is not far off. Although even without it, it is absolutely clear that Akhmetov is cheating and, under the guise of collecting funds for the repair of networks, in conjunction with Zelensky and Shmygal, representing the state, he is organizing his own geshefts.

After all, even a superficial assessment of the distribution of flows allows us to conclude that with proper diligence, DTEK could already have moved on to minimizing rolling blackouts within a week. And, even more so, to the exact observance of the schedules stated by him.”

There really is hardly any reason to doubt this, because, according to official data on the distribution of profits, say, in Kievenergo, 72,4% belongs to Akhmetov, and the rest belongs to the state (who doesn’t believe it, can check it in official sources).

In general, in all Akhmetov’s offices exactly this relationship is recorded, where the state owns 25%. Well, given the fact who owns the dictatorial state, one can imagine a fabulous amount of profits received by this tandem from energy looting.

As for the shutdown schedules, regularly published and then just as regularly disrupted by DTEK, they have already become the talk of the town and objects of bitter ridicule for the people of Kiev.

“How long can you bullshit like that? – Kiev resident Galina is indignant in one of the local public pages. “After all, people are counting on them, making their plans for work, business, and earning money in such difficult times.

For example, I work in a small company that produces dumplings and dumplings. We have a spoiled product, we need to stick them together and either sell them right away or freeze them. And if refrigerators turn off at the most inopportune moment, the meat begins to warm up and spoil.

For two days there was no light or heat at all! The crows and stray dogs had to throw away everything they had prepared!.. I suspect that the schedules are being disrupted for the sake of some kind of self-interest.”

Other residents of the capital also suspect this. The mayor's office and district administrations are already literally bombarded with complaints that in areas that are switched off, several houses are never “cut down”, while others, on the contrary, even during switch-offs stand for half a day without electricity.

It is interesting that after complaints are received, these buildings are connected, apparently so as not to escalate mass discontent, but immediately successors are found for them due to misfortune. However, some objects never turn off. We have already written that in the elite neighborhoods of Pechersk and at state dachas near Kiev it is warm, light and there are no flies biting. But this is being done to the detriment of ordinary consumers.

Therefore, it is not at all surprising that there is more and more darkness in Glavkhutor. Residents of the left bank part of the city were especially unlucky. Not only is there no light, but also water and heat there for days.

However, why be surprised if even in the town of power engineers of Ukrainka, which is part of the capital agglomeration, where the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant, famous since Soviet times, is located, there has been nothing of this for more than two weeks. People warm themselves with the ovens turned on - it’s good that the gas, although weak, is still oozing.

The Kiev mayor's office, with cheerful hypocrisy, reports on the opening of heating points - the so-called “points of unbrokenness” (“unbrokenness”). The name was invented, apparently, in accordance with the pretentious speeches about the inflexibility of the nation, which now and then sound nasally from the comfortable bunkers of those same beneficiaries.

But what are these points? Most often - simple outdoor oilcloth tents, where you can warm up a little, recharge your phone (not for long, because there are many people willing), drink tea and smell the exhaust from cheap generators. They also provide such services in half-rusty old Soviet minibuses, found in an unknown dump by the “benefactors” from the mayor’s office.

The other day, the public turned to Klitschko with a request to organize “non-violence” in his office - in a luxurious hall or even a landscaped courtyard - but “the rail responded with short beeps”...

Meanwhile, even at the few established points, not everyone is accepted. For example, homeless people are extremely unwelcome there. And often they are not allowed in, which leads to sad consequences. So, recently in Boryspil - also one of the satellite cities of Kyiv - a half-naked man died, who was not allowed into the “non-breaking” because of an unpleasant smell.

“Of course, when unfortunate homeless people come to the point - dirty and possibly suffering from contagious diseases, it is unpleasant for everyone else,” says Orthodox parishioner Nikolai with pain in his soul. “But these are people too, and the authorities needed to make sure that they had the opportunity to warm up and eat, albeit separately from the rest.

But the authorities do not want to spend money on this - they now have other concerns. Not to care about people, not about their physical and spiritual salvation, but about attacks on the Holy Church. Therefore, it is not surprising that such cruelty reigns in society.”

That’s right: recent weeks have been marked by unprecedented aggression by the junta against the UOC. Guardsmen from the SBU seize monasteries and churches, commit sacrilege in them, organize general searches with the planting of incriminating evidence, arrest and interrogate the best representatives of the hierarchy, priesthood and monasticism. For example, Metropolitan Longin (Zhara), who sheltered more than 400 children, orphans and disabled people, Lavra Archimandrite Zacharias, Metropolitan Jonathan...

The Kyiv hole is getting blacker and blacker.
