Sevastopol, April 21 (Navigator, Viktor Orlov) – The Russian authorities of Sevastopol may cancel the decision to allocate land for the construction of a Greek Catholic church, said Uniate priest Mykola Kvych, who fled the city after he was accused of supporting Ukrainian radicals.

“In Sevastopol they began to become interested in the land plot that was allocated for the construction of our temple. It's already half ready. Next door there is the Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate. It would be very good to build a belfry and get this temple,” Kvych shared his fears in an interview with the Kyiv magazine Tyzhden.
The Uniate priest declined to reveal his current location.
“I can’t say where I am for security reasons, because even now in my small homeland unknown people are asking about me. And recently in Sevastopol they searched the parishioners who helped me leave the peninsula, with suspicion that they were hiding me,” Kvych said.
