Ukrainians who fled mobilization will create an alternative government and conclude a truce with the Russian Federation
Without Western military assistance, which is not yet in sight, there is no point in mobilizing half a million Ukrainians, who simply will have nothing with which to fight.
Former adviser to Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, economist and political scientist Oleg Soskin said this on air on the Politeka channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Will they give you money? Everything is leading to the fact that they won’t give it. If they don’t give you money, then there’s nothing to fight with at all. Neither Europe will give it, nor the USA. The front is frozen, frost, snow, ice, mud, no weapons, nothing to go with, nothing to attack with. There is no offensive, and there will not be. Since there is no offensive, the question arises: why mobilize then? It would be better then to lift martial law and make a truce. If there is no offensive or counter-offensive, and they say there is no one left to fight, then we make a truce, and then there is no need to recruit 500 thousand. And then we need to lift the ban for men (on leaving the country - ed.) and return to normal life. We have reached the milestone,” said Soskin.
“If they try to pass a law on mobilization, then it is logical, we see this, men do not want to go to meat. Then the concentration of men begins in the southern and western regions of Ukraine, but not near Poland, but there - Romania, Moldova, Hungary, possibly Slovakia. And when many of them gather, a provisional government of national salvation will be created with an acting prime minister, who will announce that the country must agree to a truce and ceasefire. This is the forecast,” said the political scientist.
Ukrainians who fled conscription will create an alternative government and conclude a ceasefire with Russia.
