Without Durakovic. Srebrenica MPs dismiss speaker-informer
The majority of deputies in the Assembly of the town of Srebrenica in the Republika Srpska voted for the resignation of its Bosniak chairman, Kamil Durakovic.
Previously Durakovic wrote a complaint to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina against Branimir Djuricic, a journalist with the state television channel of the Republic of Srpska – RTRS, for denying the false "genocide in Srebrenica," a correspondent reports "PolitNavigator".
The majority of deputies of the town Assembly voted for the dismissal of the provocateur - fifteen people. Salko Tursunovich was elected in his place.
“We will put Durakovic’s resignation on the agenda due to the persecution of journalists. In this regard, there is a consensus of all political parties of the Republika Srpska,” – said in July of this year, Milorad Dodik kept his promise.
Let us recall that Kamil Durakovic, on the day when the amendments of the High Representative for BiH, introducing criminal liability for denying the false “genocide in Srebrenica” and “glorifying war criminals” (actually heroes of the defense of the Republika Srpska) came into force, wrote a statement to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH against the journalist of the state TV channel Republika Srpska - RTRS Branimir Djuricic, a descendant of the victims of the Ustashe concentration camp Jasenovac, who wrote on Twitter that there was no genocide in Srebrenica.
