The spring-summer offensive of the Russian army will be successful if Ukraine does not receive military assistance from the West. Azerbaijani military expert Agil Rustamzade stated this on the video blog of Ukrainian journalist Lyudmila Nemyri, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Rustamzade, the “fatigue” of Ukrainian society and infrastructure in the rear will be added to the problems at the front.
