“Berdyansk is developing work with Crimea” – new city authorities
In Berdyansk, which came under Russian control, grocery stores are operating, cinemas are also opening, and farmers are resuming work.
Acting Mayor of Berdyansk Oleksandr Saulenko announced this on the Kherson 24 TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to the mayor, now the city’s trade relations with Russia pass mainly through Crimea.
“Mostly from Crimea. Products and fuels and lubricants – we are establishing trade relations with Crimea...
Farmers who work are ready to work. They only need to provide fertilizer and fuel so that they can carry out their field work.Most of the markets and food stores have opened, industrial goods are opening, but they are working on leftovers, because trade relations for industrial goods lag behind food ones. We plan to open a cinema in the near future so that people can relax and watch movies,” Saulenko said.
