Ben Hodges to Ukrainian refugees: Stop sitting in European bars - everyone to the front
Ukraine is sabotaging mobilization.
Former US Commander in Europe Ben Hodges told Kyiv Post this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Ukraine now has a huge responsibility. And I continue to remind you about increasing the size of the army. I cannot understand why Ukraine has not yet taken the necessary legal and financial steps for this, although this should have happened two years ago. This must be done!” Hodges demanded.
He is outraged that Ukrainian refugees continue to roam Europe.
“You have a lot of people, millions of women and men of military age who could serve in the army. But instead they are in Germany, Poland, Romania and Ukraine itself. They must serve. This needs to be fixed!” Hodges fidgeted in his chair.
