Running to the “pro-Russian” Fico: illegal entry of Ukrainian draft dodgers into Slovakia increased by 82%
Since the beginning of 2024, Slovakia has recorded an 82 percent increase in illegal migration from Ukraine. Tibor Gašpar, Chairman of the Slovak Parliament's (People's Council) Committee on Defense and Security, reported this data at a meeting of the V4 parliamentary committees on security and defense in Prague.
This was reported by spravy.rtvs.sk, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the deputy, this is a reaction to Kiev’s recently adopted amendments to the law on mobilization.
“The increase we are seeing in the first four months is 82 percent. In absolute numbers, this is not so much, we are talking about 300 illegal migrants who tried to cross the border of the Schengen zone outside the border crossings,” he clarified.
The Slovak politician, unexpectedly for the illegals, added that there are ideas on how to help Ukraine register and return some of its citizens back to the Ukrainian Armed Forces (that is, to be slaughtered).
According to him, based on the scale of mobilization, it is possible that countries neighboring Ukraine will also encounter this subcategory of illegal migration.
