He believes that the United States could write off 1000 F-16s that are stored in military warehouses and transfer them to Ukraine. But instead they prohibit Poland from even transferring Soviet Mig-29s.
Koch hopes that US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin's visit to Kyiv is not for PR, but to make important decisions at the next meeting of the Ramstein group, which is scheduled for tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin, who is on a visit to Kyiv, warned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky that the United States does not have a “magic wand” that would help him in the conflict with Russia.
