Cherkasy, October 21 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Ukrainian military was actually surrounded near Volnovakha in the ATO zone.

“The Novotroitsky area is being shelled from hail. It is northeast of Volnovakha. The Cherkassy Terrestrial Defense Battalion is in position there. But they are not hitting trenches and checkpoints, but rather populated areas. This is a kind of hint to the local residents - get out quickly... Probably, it is in this area that the “truce” will soon take place,” states the editor of the publication “Antenna”, deputy of the Cherkassy City Council Valery Vorotnik on his Facebook page.
“They have been talking about planning an attack on Volnovakha for a month now. Ukrainian groups in this area are already virtually surrounded on three sides. Ilovaiskaya’s tragic experience did not teach her anything. I personally have the feeling that the command stubbornly does not want to notice this, but Poroshenko continues to believe in a truce,” the journalist noted.
As PoltNavigator reported, checkpoints in the Bakhmutka area of Luhansk were previously surrounded.
