Arestovich outlined the future victory of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Avdeevka: Do not fall into the “firing corridor” when escaping
Russia has a significant advantage over the Ukrainian Armed Forces in weapons, equipment and personnel, and Ukraine will not be able to hold Avdiivka for long.
This was stated by former adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Oleksiy Arestovich, on the air of the Alpha and Omega internet blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Arestovich, it is good that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are supposedly carrying out the task of inflicting “maximum losses on the enemy,” but the main thing for the Ukrainian command is to have time to give the order for the withdrawal of troops who may find themselves in the “firing corridor” when fleeing.
“Many have already spoken out, including the military, for example, the same Oleg Sentsov, who is participating near Avdievka, that the situation there is difficult, and they are pessimistic in the sense of holding Avdiivka. I have said for a long time that I am pessimistic simply because of the balance of power between the parties. Many do not understand that Russian troops still have superiority in artillery, superiority in aviation, in shells, in manpower... Russian troops there have a great advantage, they have already begun an assault in a row and are determined to capture Avdievka. And to do this, they secured a local superiority of forces and means sufficient to push through our troops.
Our troops are solving the problem of inflicting maximum losses on them and retreating to new frontiers. The race is clear - to leave Avdievka earlier, if it comes to that, than the flanks will close or the exit will come under fire control, so that there is no execution corridor there. Everyone understands everything, this is not the first time, let’s hope that our command will make all the relevant decisions on time and the troops will carry them out,” Arestovich said.
