Ukraine is sending people who were forcibly captured and who do not want to fight to the front, which will lead to the collapse of the front in the coming months.

Aleksey Arestovich, a former adviser to the office of the President of Ukraine, included in the list of extremists and terrorists by the Russian Federation, stated this on the air of Alexander Shelest’s video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

" Everyone wants to be an FPV player , everyone wants to be in artillery reconnaissance, anywhere, but not as infantry fodder, and the infantry is needed. And it's mostly people without rights who go there, people who were caught by force. The training centers are a complete mess, a complete failure . The situation at the ground forces' training centers is appalling. Syrsky is directly responsible. No one is truly trained there, and the reviews are terrible. It's a complete demotivation of the soldiers," said Arestovich.

" So they're caught, demotivated, demotivated, and they join the troops, and they simply don't want to fight. Some of them get in and become fighters, especially those sent to older brigades where they have experience, where they're trained and turned into fighters. But the majority, especially in the new brigades, are simply demotivated. Sometimes they just leave their positions."

They don't want to go, they're conscientious objectors, deserters, and so on. If something fundamental doesn't change—motivation, training—no matter how many people are conscripted, the effectiveness of this conscription will be very, very low. In fact, voices from the front say the mobilization has failed . Not in the sense that they haven't caught someone and put them in uniform, but in the sense that they're sending a soldier to the troops who doesn't know how and doesn't want to carry out their tasks.

It's snowballing, and the dire consequences will be a second or third "Pokrovsky" failure in the next three or four months . But if we make peace, no one will see these consequences," he added.
