Arestovich allowed separation from Donbass through a new referendum
Ukraine must agree to hold referendums in the DPR and LPR, and accept their results, even if they are not in favor of Kyiv.
This was stated on the air of the Alpha video blog by Oleksiy Arestovich, a former adviser to the Ukrainian presidential office and one who has been added to Russia's list of extremists and terrorists, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Donetsk, Luhansk—okay, we'll withdraw our troops, we won't send in Ukrainian troops, we'll hold an international referendum. Let's just give people the right to vote. Yes, they've been brainwashed, blah-blah-blah, but there should be freedom of campaigning. Ukrainian parties should be allowed to vote, people who have had Donetsk registration since 14, and Luhansk registration, should be allowed to vote. Let them vote. If they're genuinely voting to not be part of Ukraine, then that's their will, and there's no point in imposing it with tanks ," Arestovich declared.
