Russia needs to destroy the entire logistics infrastructure of Ukraine now in order to prevent the supply of Western weapons there in the future.
Military expert, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko told PolitNavigator about this.
According to Korotchenko, the Lend-Lease agreement for Ukraine , announced by the US the day before, could seriously complicate the Russian Armed Forces' special operation, so it is necessary to stop these supplies today.
“This is an extremely dangerous decision, and it could have a serious negative impact on the progress of the special military operation if this kind of supply of heavy weapons becomes a reality. Therefore, the issue related to the disabling of the railway, transport, and logistics infrastructure of Ukraine in the west and south of the country is once again becoming urgent in order to prevent any supply of new weapons from the territory of Romania and Poland, where they will arrive and then be transported directly to Ukraine.
Obviously, the question will arise about the destruction of key railway bridges in order to sever railway and transport communications between various regions of Ukraine, in order to prevent these massive deliveries of new Western weapons. If this is not done, we will face a much worse situation than we have today.
For the success of a special military operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine, decisive action is needed to destroy now all objects - all transport logistics, all railway logistics, all logistics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” Korotchenko said.
