She also added that the number of attacks is only growing, and there are almost no solved cases.
Pokalchuk noted that law enforcement officers must understand that their failure to investigate these crimes costs the health and lives of people in Ukraine, and also contributes to the spread of discrimination and undermines the ability to freely express their views.
“We hope to strengthen security around the KyivPride event site and to effectively protect the Equality March on June 23,” Pokalchuk added.
