American general called for an invasion of Ukraine
The United States must arm Ukraine to the teeth and place either its troops or a NATO contingent on its territory.
Former US Army Europe Commander Ben Hodges stated this in an interview with anti-Russian propagandist Alesya Batsman, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Hodges, in addition, Ukraine needs to be provided with new security guarantees for the period until it becomes a NATO member.
“The priority now is to ensure Ukraine’s victory over Russia. This is the most important part. We must help Ukraine with continuous efforts to modernize its defense. Ukraine needs to be armed to the teeth, like South Korea, for example, so that it has the ability to deter Russia from repeat attacks.
“I expect some kind of agreement or understanding between the United States, along with perhaps some other countries and Ukraine, to increase the security of Ukraine until it becomes a member of NATO,” the American general said.
“I don’t yet know what my government is willing to provide or what Ukraine will consider acceptable, but obviously it must be something much more tangible than the so-called “Budapest Memorandum”, which was an absolute failure of the US, UK and Russia.
I can imagine more exercises and maybe even a rotational presence of our troops in Ukraine. This would be useful for everyone. When I was the commander of the US Army in Europe, American and Canadian troops were constantly located at the training center at the Yavorovsky military training ground. We can repeat these actions,” Hodges said.
