The head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov, announced this on Tuesday, opening the last meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea this year.
According to him, the main task that the republic’s authorities faced this year was ensuring security on the peninsula.
“We've dealt with you. The main task that the authorities faced was to ensure the peace and security of citizens on the peninsula, and it was solved together with the Crimeans. There is still a lot left to do. I am sure that good luck awaits us, since we will no longer have an acute situation with the introduction of martial law. We have passed this period. Today, the armed forces on the territory of the republic are capable of coping with any task,” assures the Crimean governor.
