"I have a shocking case. My fighter was cut off by drunk police officers near the town of Shchastye. My fighter died. And he won't be able to receive compensation. But on Moskal's orders, the police officers were released. And the examination showed that one was intoxicated, and the other was under the influence of psychotropic substances," UNN quotes Melnichuk as saying.

As PolitNavigator reported, Luhansk Regional State Administration Chairman Gennady Moskal previously addressed the Minister of Defense and the Chief of the General Staff regarding the alarming situation with kidnappings . Moskal's press service claims that thanks to his intervention, Aidar released seven illegally detained citizens.
