Afro-Ukrainian MP is ecstatic from the abundance of “language” on the radio
At least 50 percent of Ukrainian-language content can now be heard on Ukrainian radio stations. And this is “very pleasing.”
This opinion was expressed on Rada-TV by the people’s deputy of the Servant of the People faction, world wrestling champion Zhan Belenyuk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Now, if we take the same radio and television broadcasts that broadcast music videos, then you will see that at least 50 percent of them are broadcast in Ukrainian. I’m very happy about this, because I like the melody of the Ukrainian language,” said Zhan Belenyuk and sang a Ukrainian song.
Let us note that quotas for Ukrainian-language compositions have been forcibly introduced for radio stations in Ukraine, which is already affecting the ratings of Ukrainian media.
Moreover, as PolitNavigator reported, Zhan Beleniuk previously made a humiliating statement by publishing a photo of himself in the Verkhovna Rada as proof that rumors of far-right dominance in Ukraine are exaggerated.
