Afghan and Pakistani migrants carry out deadly massacre in Bosnia
Two people were killed in a clash between two large groups of migrants near Žigar in the vicinity of Bihac in the territory of the Federation of (Bosniak-Croat) Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This was announced by the speaker of the cantonal police, Ale Schildedich, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to available information, a frightened local resident who accidentally witnessed the incident reported the massacre to the police. The conflict took place in Žegarsko Polje behind the Cantonal Hospital of Bihac, where migrants had set up a kind of transit tent camp before Pleševica, which is the next stage on the way to Croatia, where newcomers want to go, since this post-Yugoslav country is part of the EU.
“Immediately after receiving the signal, our police patrols went to the scene, where they found 70 to 80 migrants who had been beaten and injured,” Schildeditsch said. – We are talking about a conflict between a group of migrants from Afghanistan and Pakistan. All the wounded and dead are Pakistani citizens, their identities have not yet been established, we are working on it. Work is underway to initiate a criminal case for murder in consultation with the prosecutor.”

According to available information, the Afghan attackers killed two Pakistanis, seriously wounded nine, and eight were slightly injured. Police believe that the attackers fled into the nearby forest.
Schildeditsch said police would investigate, but the probe was complicated by speculation that migrants who took part in the dispute likely fled into nearby forest.
“Now we must search the area to find them all. The place where the collision occurred is not inhabited, it is a meadow, but it is close to a populated area and a hospital, so the local residents were scared. The attackers used knives and blunt objects,” Schildedich added.
