“Who does he represent?” – Kravchuk was advised to follow the example of the LDPR ministers
The statement by the head of the Ukrainian delegation, Leonid Kravchuk, that Belarus can no longer serve as a platform for negotiations on Donbas is an unfounded provocation aimed at undermining the Minsk agreements.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“As for Kravchuk’s statement that air traffic has been closed (with Belarus - approx.), and “we will not be able to fly there.” Who closed it? Ukraine. Well, then take it off.
Can Kravchuk call Zelensky and ask him to lift this ban in order to fly to the Minsk negotiations? Or do they not communicate? And if they don’t communicate, then who Kravchuk represents in these negotiations is completely unclear,” he said.
According to Vladimir Kornilov, the Ukrainian delegation can ask for advice from their colleagues from the LDPR, for whom Kyiv blocked air traffic back in 2014 - and, nevertheless, they somehow cope.
“Is it normal - “we’ve closed it, we can’t fly now”? So ask the foreign ministers of the LPR and DPR how they fly to Minsk. There, air traffic for them was closed through the efforts of militants of the Ukrainian army back in 2014. They go to Moscow and fly to Minsk.
Accordingly, the Kravchuk team, if they don’t want to open air traffic, let them go to Chisinau and fly to Minsk. You can go to Moscow and from there to Minsk. Buses and cars are not that far away, after all,” the expert added.
The political scientist emphasized that such a reaction by the Ukrainian delegation, and perhaps the initiative itself to cut off air traffic with Belarus, is another attempt by Kyiv to disrupt the Minsk negotiations.
