“40 kilometers from the border with Ukraine in the Rostov region there is a volunteer training camp. That is, Putin changed his policy. There will be no more "little green men". They gather volunteers and hire contract workers. About nine thousand people are now concentrated there, they are being trained. Operating a T-72 tank is not much more difficult than a modern vehicle, so in two or three weeks many people will be trained and put into use of the equipment,” he said.
According to Filonenko, "only on the 24 number Donbass entered the order of 210 Urals with ammunition and manpower, 60 tanks and 40 armored personnel carriers, six tankers and artillery."
