Portnikov announced that no one came to the elections in Moscow
Russian journalist Vitaly Portnikov, who works in Kyiv, assures that no one came to the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

Portnikov wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“When its residents (Moscow - Ed) - like St. Petersburg residents - do not go to “elections,” this means that Russian capitals cease to be a collective Stupid. That the people living in them are beginning to understand their inability to influence what is happening in the country through democratic procedures. But they don’t want to take part in the performance,” he noted.
According to Portnikov, state employees and security officials are not people, but real voters are only those who voted for Yabloko.
“Even the turnout that is in the capital are state employees who can’t get away with it, security forces and officials are bandits who protect the regime. Well, and also, real voters, the same people - 15 percent, by the way - who voted for Yabloko. That is, no one came to the elections in Moscow at all. In general,” Portnikov assures.
