ATO zone: A sergeant forced a sleeping lieutenant to wash himself with blood
In the so-called in the ATO zone, it is life-threatening for Ukrainian commanders to make comments to drunk soldiers. The lieutenant was convinced of this and expressed displeasure that the drunken sergeant turned on the music at full volume in the barracks in the evening, preventing others from resting.
The lieutenant fell asleep, but an hour later he woke up from being hit in the face with the metal body of a flashlight. The sergeant managed to deliver several such blows that his immediate superior literally washed himself with blood. If other soldiers had not pulled the drunken soldier away, he most likely would not have stopped until he killed the commander.

The accused testified at the trial that he drank in the Pervomaisk barracks to celebrate the birth of his daughter. After the lieutenant's remarks I went to bed. But then he woke up, took a flashlight and began hitting the lieutenant with it. The motives for such an act can only be explained by fatigue.
The court sentenced the troublemaker only to a fine. After all, his fellow soldiers had vouched for him. And there are plenty of officers in the Ukrainian army, but few true heroes who fear neither separatists nor superiors.
