A resident of Sevastopol was given two weeks of arrest for public sex
A 32-year-old Sevastopol resident will spend two weeks in jail for public sex at the bar of the "Easy" bar. His casual partner is still being sought, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The incident took place on the night of Saturday, August 6, and went online thanks to a video filmed by eyewitnesses. It also served operatives to search for violators of public order.
The server with the video materials was seized, and the authors described in detail where and when the filming took place. It was not difficult to establish the identity of one of the participants, since he worked as a security guard at this establishment.
“I don’t really remember how it all turned out, because I was pretty drunk,” the detainee told the operatives. – I ended up on a bar counter with a girl with whom an incident of a sexual nature occurred. I saw the girl for the first time.”
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the hero of amateur porn, and a criminal case was opened regarding the illegal production and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects. There is also liability for filming and distributing home videos, as well as for the lack of control in a public place by the administration of the establishment.
The progress of the investigation is personally monitored by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Sevastopol, Pavel Gishchenko.
