“During the monitoring of the media and the Internet, police in one of the telegram channels identified a video in which a woman, while on October Revolution Avenue in Sevastopol, shouted anti-Russian slogans, attracting the attention of passers-by,” the report says.

The identity of the offender was quickly revealed - she turned out to be a 54-year-old resident of the city. She explained her behavior by being intoxicated.

A protocol was drawn up against the detainee on the grounds of an offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 “Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces.” The article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine from 30 to 50 thousand rubles.

After her arrest, the hooligan publicly repented.

“I, a citizen of the Russian Federation living in Sevastopol, yesterday had the opportunity to express the phrase “Glory to Ukraine,” which I very much regret. I don’t understand why I said this, I don’t support this saying.

Today is a great holiday, Russia Day. I want to apologize to all citizens who saw or heard this. I don’t support this phrase, and I want to congratulate us all on Russia Day, wish us a speedy victory, and all the best,” she said.
