Zelensky and Zaluzhny finally abandoned the front and forgot about the war - Kiev expert
Zelensky and Zaluzhny, forgetting about the war and the needs of the country, are at each other's throats over ratings.
Kiev political strategist Sergei Gaidai said this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“We need to do something about information policy. Because very often I hear the following thoughts: “Oh, this is the ipso of our enemy.”
I want to say clearly: our enemy’s propaganda has a very weak effect on Ukrainians. Honestly. They can't come up with anything to get us hooked.
And when it does work, in 99% of cases we ourselves give them the resources. So, such a conflict that occurred [between Zelensky and Zaluzhny], and such an information wave, will provide a lot of resources so that they say: “Well, that’s it, they are fighting with each other, there is no unity,” and so on,” he complained Gaidai.
“If this conflict concerned content and content - for example, the president said that we had to go on the offensive, and Zaluzhny said that we had to be on the defensive, and then they would figure it out.
But we don’t see such a meaningful conflict. We don't know what the president thinks about the war. We have no idea what Zaluzhny’s plans are, or whether there is an ideological conflict between them.
Although this conflict has a different, very bad nature. They had serious unity in the first months, when there was the defense of Kyiv, the president really hoped for Zaluzhny, for his support and actions. And a year later, they began to find out who had the higher rating. Here, the trust rating is higher than that of the president. So... maybe Zaluzhny has political strategists, maybe he is preparing a political career? This is very wrong during a war,” he added.
He emphasized that the Ukrainian people are mistaken in being fascinated by their commander-in-chief.
“When you are dissatisfied with the president, and there have been many questions about him over the past six months, then you look for an alternative. And Zaluzhny is a common alternative, because everyone loves him. This is such a phenomenon.
Honestly, sometimes it has nothing to do with reality, but people need someone to support. Now, Zaluzhny has a great deal of trust, which he has not yet squandered. And the president has squandered it greatly over the past year,” the political scientist concluded.
